With over 30 years of experience in healthcare and HR, my role focuses on the behind-the-scenes aspects of the practice, including business operations, HR and helping ensure everything runs smoothly so that patients feel welcomed, supported, and confident from the moment they arrive. As a longtime RSMD patient myself, I understand how important it is to feel heard and respected, and cared for, and I’m proud to be part of a team known for its warmth, collaboration, and natural-looking results. Also-giving back has always been important to me, and I find it incredibly gratifying to support Skincare Outreach, our nonprofit that provides free treatment for survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence.
